  I lived in a top floor renovated apartment for a year and I loved it! Super thick walls keep the noise down, great character and contrary to what some other people are saying, the management do their job very well. They might not be the nicest people, but being nice is not their job. They run a tight ship. Take care of the apartment and be cordial to your neighbors and they take care of you. I had to move for work, but if I ever move back to Fargo I will check out the Ivers again.
