  I would leave 0 stars if it was possible. I'm the manager at Animal Health Clinic and we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. I am blown away by the rudeness from Sundown. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I can't imagine being treated that way if I was a grieving pet owner needing to bury my pet.

  I lost my kitty, my best friend. I had called to set up a resting place for him. The lady, who runs it, was very inconsiderate of my feelings and had no compassion what so ever for what just happened. She had no respect for my wishes or for my kitty. And when I mentioned I wanted to have a few people there to say goodbye, she was just appalled by the thought. She said and I quote " I've done this business since 1971 and I've never had someone who wanted to be there when they throw dirt on it". She is awful and do not want my kitty to be in that kind of cemetery.
